Introducing Vyacheslav Pak, Director of Construction, who will be responsible for the construction of data centres in the role of Technical Contractor.
Vyacheslav has over 20 years of experience in the construction, management and operation of commercial, residential and industrial properties, and has expertise in engineering, finance and investment.
Prior to joining IXcellerate, Vyacheslav headed the Project Management and Operations department at ADG group, the first Russian developer to develop urban spaces in district centres under the Mesto Vstrechi brand.
Previously he was Managing Director of Apleona HSG (before the renaming of Bilfinger HSG FM) for over two years, and Vice-President in charge of construction and real estate asset management at a major international bank.
Particularly notable construction and operation projects implemented with Vyacheslav’s participation: BC Alfa Arbat Centre, neighbourhood walk-in centres, among them RC Angara and BC Budapest – winners in Small Retail Centre nomination according to CRE Awards, Mercury Tower MFC, BC Citidel, as well as operational and office centres of a financial institution. In addition, he participated in data centre redevelopment projects for MegaFon and Rostelecom.
