IXcellerate, Russia’s premier carrier-neutral data centre operator, is delighted to announce that it has been recognised as the Most Customer Friendly Data Centre for International Clients in Russia. The research has been carried out by Media Grus, a publishing house running the country’s main data centre magazine – DC.RF (Cody.rf).

The research regarding the Personal Data Law (242-FZ) which commenced in Russia on September 1 2015, means all international companies operating within Russia are now required to store the personal data they own regarding Russian citizens within the Russia Federation.

The project leaders set standards to establish which of the Russian data centres can provide foreign businesses with the most effective solutions, not only making it easy to comply with the new law, but also ensuring the smooth running of their equipment.

20 operators were examined, with forerunners for the title offering multilingual versions of their websites, log-in accounts, multi-lingual sales and technical support teams with previous experience of dealing with international clients, vendors and partners.

Guy Willner, CEO of IXcellerate:

“Our data centre is built and run according to the optimum international industry standards and practices. Being recognised, as the Most Customer Friendly Datacentre in Russia for International Clients is a well-deserved acknowledgement of the bespoke services we offer to each of our clients. Our ability to understand each client’s needs and tailor our product to their individual requirements is our USP and for the team at IXcellerate Moscow One, being able to freely communicate with our international and domestic clients is just as important as reliability and security of our data centre”.
