South Campus
IXcellerate’s largest project
The South Campus already has the MOS5 data center in operation, MOS7 is preparing to launch, and MOS6 is in the design phase. New facilities are planned for the future, including MOS8. The site has sufficient land and technical capacity for further infrastructure development in line with growing customer demand. The South Campus provides long-term scalability with the ability to host mission-critical systems.
Campus Vёshki
A new platform for your business
A new IXcellerate facility, the MOS11 data center, is preparing to launch in Vёshki. The IXcellerate Vёshki campus is designed for 7,500 rack spaces and a capacity of 130+ MW. It will house two new data centers (MOS11 and MOS12), as well as warehouse facilities and client offices. The launch of the campus in 2026 will open up new opportunities for clients with long-term business development plans and a need for significant computing power.
North campus
