The RBC study included 381 companies with a combined workforce of nearly 4 million employees.
Based on the analysis, a group of 50 companies was selected for demonstrating the highest overall results across multiple criteria: working conditions, business efficiency, social responsibility, business reputation, and employee satisfaction.
These 50 winners represent large, medium, and small businesses with sustainable processes and a mature corporate culture. All companies are listed alphabetically without assigned positions, emphasizing the equal status of the participants.
It is especially rewarding to see IXcellerate included alongside the largest employers and flagships of the Russian economy: Sber, VTB, Rosatom, Yandex, Norilsk Nickel, and others!
Behind the numbers are daily decisions, a willingness to support colleagues, and the ability to take responsibility. Looking back, it is especially noticeable how far our team has come. We fondly remember the early days of IXcellerate: the first site, several data halls, dozens of racks, and a very practical mission: to build modern international-standard commercial data centers in Russia.
Nearly 15 years later, a vibrant working environment has formed around this project, where you can grow, fulfill new tasks, and make long-term plans. Today, IXcellerate is consistently ranked among the top three largest players in the Russian data center industry, and behind this status are still the people, their professionalism, and mutual support.
